Press preparation

In GZ, our services do not end simply with data control and preparation of PDFs for printing. We are fully aware that quality pre-press and pre-preparation is essential for a successful order - so even at this initial stage, we’re exerting maximum effort into every detail.

Printing
We can assure you of the most efficient print process, based on the specifications of your order. We will assess whether your project will require the implementation of digital, sheet-fed or rotary printing, according to your individual printing needs.
Sheet-fed offset printing
We have 7 sheet-fed Heidelberg machines ranging from 2 to 6 colors, making us one of the leaders in the sheet-fed press in Central Europe.

Personification and serialization of your prints
Rotary print
Maximum flexibility at minimum cost! Thanks to our unique VariQuick rotary machines, we’re deconstructing the myths ingrained in the industry that this type of printing can only be used for large production volumes. The quick machine set-up time along with variable formats result in rotary print technology becoming more available, even for customers ordering just over 1000 units. We can complete these tasks not only in a short period, but effectively and professionally. Rotary printing is the perfect solution to black and white print publications (such as user manuals, etc) for virtually any order volume.
Finishes
We specialize in an area which separates us significantly from the competition. GZ simply exceeds in regard to the wide spectrum of the in-house print finishes which we offer, thus perfecting your unique product – the details that set you apart!
We offer an extremely wide variety of final finishes which will not only significantly improve the design of the proposed product, but also serve as a practical protective layer for your package. All finishes are carried out directly in-house at GZ and are therefore fully under our control.

Binding
Printing alone is only the beginning of GZ‘s colorful and perfectly interlocking mosaic of polygraphic possibilities. Our selection of bonds and final finishes are further proof of the professional nature of GZ. Below are a few examples of services which we also offer: folding, V1 Binding, V2 binding, V8 binding.

Folding is mainly used for posters. Maximum printed size is B1 format, maximum number of folds is 10.

V1 and V2 bindings are used for booklets – V1 with staples or thread sewn binding, V2 is perfect bound or glued binding.

V8 binding is a special combination of a strong V8 binding packaged used for media books.
Cutting and Gluing
Cutting and gluing on top of the line BOBST machines, up to B1 size. We specialize in 3D bonding, a process through which mechanical adhesive capacity pockets are made. If your product is too complex for mechanical bonding, our experienced operators can bond it manually.
Rigid products
